Built in 1883, this hexagonal water tower was one of the first buildings in Kaišiadorys and the tallest at the time, with a brick ground floor and a wooden upper level housing the water tank. Water was piped to hydraulic cranes at the platforms to fill steam-locomotive tanks; the station had two such towers in the early 20th century, but only this one survives, disused since the transition from steam to diesel and now neglected.
