Graži vieta, Kauno apskritis
This homestead in Palendriai village was the birthplace of poet and essayist Marcelijus Martinaitis (born 1936), a National Culture and Arts Prize laureate best known for creating the folk character Kukutis, and his younger brother Algirdas (born 1950), a composer and award-winning artist. A memorial cross and stone were raised at the site in 2021.
