Dvaralio dvarvietė (Petriškė)

Graži vieta, Klaipėdos apskritis

Also known as Petriškė, this manor site 50 meters north of the road linking Gėsalai to the Mažeikiai-Skuodas highway sits on a hill by ponds on the right bank of the Spiginas stream. Archaeologist Leona Beniušienė first documented it in 1960; excavation of 41 square meters uncovered a cultural layer up to 50 centimeters thick with pottery from the second half of the 16th through the 18th century and coins minted in Riga.
