This estate in Kivyliai, 2.5 kilometers northeast of Aleksandrija, is linked to the family of Simonas Daukantas through his eldest sister Anastazija, who married Kazimierz Kaunacki in 1829. The manor flourished around 1923 under Dr. Ferdynand Kaunacki, becoming one of the largest estates in Kretinga district and home to the region's first private hospital, with presidential visits recorded around 1928 to 1932. It declined after the doctor's death in 1935, and most of its buildings were lost by the Second World War. The surviving residential building, dating to around 1840, is privately owned and was restored around 2010.
