Džiovinukas is a plant-based food space running an educational tasting program lasting 30-60 minutes depending on group size. Visitors hear about the history of plant-based food and drying techniques, drink coffee, tea or fruit sherbet, taste an assortment of dried delicacies, and sample a plant-based cocktail, aimed at giving visitors ideas for healthier food preparation at home.
