This monument to Grand Duke Vytautas the Great was erected in 1930 in the town of Jurbarkas. It was designed by sculptor Vincas Grybas (1890-1941), regarded as one of the most prominent Lithuanian monumental sculptors of the early 20th century, and consists of a two-tiered pedestal - a rectangular lower base and an octagonal upper section with cut corners - topped by a bust of the grand duke. It has been restored three times: in 1990, 2006 and 2022.
