Graži vieta, Marijampolės apskritis
Spread across 27.39 hectares along the meandering Šešupė River in Marijampolė, this park was designed by architect Teklė Šešelgienė and planted in stages, first between the world wars and again from 1977 to 1987, before being declared a nature heritage object in 2007. A 3-kilometer dendrological trail winds past rare and notable trees, while more than 1.5 kilometers of paved paths, roughly 80 benches, and a swimming area with changing cabins serve visitors. The grounds also host badminton, beach volleyball, disc golf, footgolf courts, and children's playgrounds, making it the largest park in the city.
