Designed by architect V. Makaraitis, this brick church in Nemakščiai has a rectangular plan with a single tower, finished in split field stone and white plaster. Its churchyard stone wall survives from an earlier church that burned down in a 1941 fire, and a Marian grotto stands beside the building.
