Titled "Secrets of Kosher Food," this program invites visitors to discover the Jurbarkas region’s Jewish culinary heritage as much as a cultural experience as a culinary one. It explains what "kosher" means and the principles behind kosher food preparation, which dishes Jewish families in the region traditionally ate, and how those dishes symbolized faith and communal belonging.
