This hillfort on the upper terrace of the Nemunas river, separated from Varkališkių I piliakalnis by a single ridge, has an oval plateau 43 by 25 meters with an elevated center, multiple defensive ditches and ramparts, and slopes up to 40 meters high, dated to the first millennium AD.
