Lugažu laukums is the central public square in Valka, Latvia, framed by Rīgas, Beverīnas, Raiņa and Dārziņa streets, on land historically tied to the former Lugažu parish church and Lugažu manor. The square holds a monument to Kārlis Ulmanis, Latvia's first prime minister. Municipal reconstruction plans call for converting much of the paved area into lawns and planted areas with a fountain, while keeping a paved section for public events.
