Biržai Castle houses the Biržai Regional Museum "Sėla" across the reconstructed palace, arsenal, and defensive works (bridge, ramparts, moats). Exhibitions cover the Sėlian and Žemgalian tribes, the Radvila and Tiškevičius noble families, and a 17th-18th century military and blacksmithing display in the arsenal. Adult admission is 5 euros, and the site is wheelchair accessible.
