Kelmės evangelikų reformatų bažnyčia

Graži vieta, Šiaulių apskritis

Built in 1615 funded by Samogitian elder Jurgis Gruževskis, this single-nave, single-tower church is one of Lithuania's finest examples of transitional Gothic-Renaissance architecture, with a triple-walled Gothic apse and Gothic windows in proportions stretched both lengthwise and upward. Its interior preserves Gothic ribbed vaults with plaster ribs and rosettes alongside Renaissance pilaster capitals, and the Gruževskis family coat of arms still sits above the triumphal arch; the bell tower once held a clock.
