Graži vieta, Zemgale
This memorial site in Kalna parish was opened on September 14, 2011, near the former Doktorāts building, not far from Ziedi, the birthplace of writer Aleksandrs Grīns. The park brings his novels to life through four environmental art pieces: three archer silhouettes and a Latvian symbol referencing Dvēseļu putenis, an arched form symbolizing Nameja gredzens, a flame sculpture called Saderinātie, and a bear silhouette inspired by Zemes atjaunotāji. A memorial stone dedicated to Grīns, who wrote alongside his brother Jānis Grīns, completes the site.
