Europos park

Graži vieta, Vilniaus apskritis

Europos parkas (Park of Europe) is a 50-hectare open-air sculpture museum near Vilnius displaying more than 90 works by artists from 27 countries, with a combined weight of roughly 1,000 tons of stone, wood, and other materials. Its best-known piece, founder Gintaras Karosas's LNK Infotree, is a 700-metre tree-shaped labyrinth built from 3,000 television sets with a toppled Lenin statue at its center, recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's largest artwork of its kind. The park also marks the point the French National Geographic Institute determined in 1989 to be the geographical center of Europe.
