Cut through by the small Lazdija stream, this town park functions as Lazdijai's main year-round gathering space, with resident nutrias and ducks visible along the water even through winter. Recent European Union-funded landscaping works added new plantings throughout the grounds, while a lit skateboard, roller-skate and BMX ramp installed in autumn extended the park's use into evening hours. Playgrounds, outdoor fitness stations, and walking paths kept clear through the colder months round out the amenities.
