Kalnas vad. Gaidkalniu

Graži vieta, Klaipėdos apskritis

This small esker near Mockaičiai, about 120 meters long and 80 meters wide, is entirely overgrown with deciduous trees and shrubs. Local legend says that when the Devil once carried the nearby Pikčiaus kūlis boulder, a rooster crowed on this hill, giving it the name Gaidkalnis (Rooster Hill), and that travelers passing by would always hear a rooster singing.
