Graži vieta, Klaipėdos apskritis
This bell tower gives Apuolė village its character, its clock keeping the most accurate time in Skuodas district and its bell audible as far as Apuolė hillfort. From the top, views open over the Luoba and Brukė river valleys and the hillfort itself. The bell and clock were cast at the Kruszewski brothers' foundry in Poland, the same foundry that made Lithuania's Liberty Bell, presented as a gift to Pope Francis, and the tower itself was built on the initiative of Kazimieras Jucevičius.
