Officially the Miniature Kingdom and Doll Gallery, this privately run attraction in Preiļi has operated since 2008 and displays around 300 handmade dolls created by artist Elena Mihailova, depicting mythological beings, fairy-tale characters, and historical or celebrity figures. Its centerpiece is Mikhailovgrad, a miniature city built around a king's castle, with each doll placed in its own themed interior. Visitors, including children from age two, can also try on costumes of various sizes during a visit.
