Skuodo parkas

Graži vieta, Klaipėdos apskritis

Occupying ground on and around the historic Skuodas manor hill, this town park was laid out starting in 1968 by designer K. Subačius, who had roughly 8,000 trees and shrubs planted across the grounds. A 1,800-meter Health Trail added in 1987 winds through the park past wooden sculptures made by local craftsmen, along with a monkey bridge, exercise stations, and a barefoot walking path. The park borders the pond known locally as the Skuodas Sea, and its central grounds offer views of the town's Holy Trinity Church.
