Zilākalna veselības taka is a 3.5 km circular health trail on the slopes of Zilaiskalns hill, starting at the Zilaiskalns Cultural History and Visitor Centre. The route follows forest paths and wooden steps past 12 checkpoints with information boards that combine exercise and breathing stations with stories about the hill, plus two equipped picnic areas. It climbs to the hilltop, where a 38.5-metre observation tower and the Imanta viewing platform overlook the surrounding landscape. The trail is marked with white-edged yellow triangle signs and takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to walk.
