Graži vieta, Latgale
Kromonu kalns is a hill in Kaunata parish, Rēzekne municipality, in the Latgale Uplands near Rāzna National Park, rising to 271.1 metres with steep southern and northeastern slopes and about 50 metres of relative height. It lies roughly 1 km west of Lielais Liepukalns (289.3 m), Latvia's third-highest hill, known for its 34-metre wooden observation tower. The hill carries the remains of an old hillfort: a roughly triangular platform about 45 by 25 metres, overgrown with forest and moss, with a preserved entrance passage crossing moats and earthen ramparts at its northern end.
