Operating since around 2008 on the western shore of Alaušas (also called Indrajai) Lake in Bikuškio village, Sudeikiai eldership, this rest and events center covers over 4 hectares and can house up to 68 guests across eight log cabins. Grounds include two saunas, three outdoor tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a children's playground, and an on-site restaurant, with capacity for outdoor events of up to 2,000 people. The facility holds a 5-star rating from Lithuania's Rural Tourism Association.
