On Birutės street in Kelmė, near the former Swedbank branch, stands this gray granite sculpture of a hand holding a one-litas coin, carved in 2006 by stone sculptor Dalius Martinaitis during a symposium as a tribute to Lithuania's former national currency after it was replaced by the euro.
