This forest massif in the Vilnius region attracts outdoor mushroom picking enthusiasts from the surrounding areas in autumn. Squirrels, boletus and red-tops sprout abundantly in the forest in wetter areas. The area is characterized by excellent cross-country ability and natural outdoor hiking trails.
