Vieta, Võrumaa
Parmu looduskaitseala covers about 1,027 hectares in Rõuge Parish, Võru County, in southeastern Estonia. It protects a mosaic of semi-natural meadows and bog forest habitats, along with several plant and animal species under Estonia's strictest protection categories. Berry- and mushroom-picking are allowed and hunting is permitted outside sensitive periods for protected bird species, though peat extraction and logging in the buffer zone are tightly restricted.
