Graži vieta, Klaipėdos apskritis
This old Jewish cemetery in Skuodas, established in the 18th century on the S. Nėries street southwest of the Bartuva River, was destroyed during the Soviet period, its gravestones removed and repurposed as building material. Six surviving stone fragments were later set into a concrete hexagonal star as a memorial, and a stone inscribed in Lithuanian and Yiddish was installed in 1990, reading "May the old Jewish cemetery be a sacred memory of the deceased."
