On the left bank of the Kaunas Reservoir (Kauno marios) near Žiegždriai village in Kauno district, this protected geological outcrop exposes an 8-metre-high, 400-metre-long slope where layers of sand, gravel, and pebbles have cemented into solid conglomerate rock. Small stalactite-like calcite formations have developed in cavities within the rock, a feature not otherwise reported elsewhere in Lithuania. Protected as a geological heritage site since 2005, the outcrop lies within Kauno Marios Regional Park and forms a stop along the Žiegždriai geological educational trail.
