Kartų parkas is an approximately 8.5-hectare recreation park on the shore of the Zumpė pond in the Žalgiriai neighborhood of eastern Tauragė, developed in phases from 2018 to 2022. Zumpė itself is a man-made pond left over from clay extraction, with a small island reached by footbridges and stairs, and the park includes a roughly 400-square-meter outdoor fitness area with ten exercise machines, a volleyball court, and birdhouses fitted with QR codes identifying the species that use them.
