A reinforced concrete pedestrian bridge, built in 2013-2014 and 4.2 meters wide, spans the Jūra river here to link Tauragė's old town with the Butkeliai district on the opposite bank. An observation platform stands on the old town side near the stairway leading up to the bridge, roughly 150 meters north of the Holy Trinity Church, giving views down over the river valley, a nearby WWII-era bunker, and the renovated riverside promenade below. A rest area called Pikniko parkas was added next to the bridge in 2022.
