Set in a valley on the right bank of the Veretė River near its meeting with the Kalotė, this hillfort has an oval plateau 65 by 42 meters running north to south, its slopes rising 3 to 4 meters. Dated to the 1st through 13th centuries, it has yielded stone axes and other artifacts, though plowing has damaged the site, now overgrown with deciduous trees and shrubs.
