This state-protected Baroque manor ensemble is one of the few such complexes to survive intact in provincial Lithuania, with nine original manor-period buildings still standing. It was where Lithuania's 1831 uprising against Imperial Russian rule began. Its museum, opened in 1936, holds Lithuania's only exhibition on indigenous American cultures, with interactive Native American games, quizzes, traditional refreshments and archery for visitors. The main building has been closed for reconstruction since August 2023, though the grounds, basement and barn remain open.
