This park on Alyvų and Maironio streets in Garliava was created by Kauno district municipality as a new recreational green space for the town. On 24 April 2018, residents took part in a community planting event that added fifty oak saplings of various species to the park. Its entrance is marked by a carved wooden post made by local wood sculptor Adolfas Teresius, decorated with Lithuanian state symbols.
