Graži vieta, Kauno apskritis
Built in 1850 by Plembergas manor owner S. Daugirdas as a family burial chapel, this stone structure stands on a steep Dubysa River escarpment within Ariogala's town cemetery. Among those buried here is Tadas Daugirdas (1852-1919), an archaeologist, ethnographer, local historian, artist, writer and founder of the Kaunas city museum, who persuaded Jonas Basanavičius to add yellow to the Lithuanian tricolor.
