Standing on Mäe tänav near Apteekrimäe hill, this wooden column was unveiled on October 1, 1992, as a monument to a spot locally believed to radiate positive energy; both the column's placement and the surrounding benches were reportedly chosen by psychics. Twelve iron artworks with bear motifs, forged during an Otepää blacksmiths' competition on July 3, 1993, are mounted on the column. The site was championed by then-Otepää mayor Jaanus Raidal and remains freely accessible to visitors at any time.
