Kõima Manor's main building dates to around 1800, with a neoclassical entrance portico added in the early 20th century. The von Ditmar family owned the estate longest, for 60 years from 1859 to 1919; after nationalization the building housed a school before being sold to a private owner in 2015. The surrounding manor park is officially listed among Pärnu county's protected parks.
