Maudykla, Hiiumaa
Reached via a bumpy forest road with steep climbs off the Kärdla-Heltermaa highway, this RMK-managed site at the tip of the Säärenina peninsula near Suuresadama combines a small pebble beach with clear, swimmable seawater and a juniper-covered shoreline. RMK maintains several fire pits with supplied firewood, picnic tables, a toilet, and parking, plus a low viewing platform built on an old bunker that looks out over the sunset. Visitors describe it as quiet and secluded, a spot that also draws waterfowl.
