Telšiai St. Antanas Paduvietis Cathedral is an impressive monument of late baroque and classicism architecture, standing on Insula hill in the center of Telšiai. The cathedral is famous for the only two-story altar in Lithuania and bishops buried in underground crypts. Visiting the cathedral is free, it is open to visitors every day, and for excursions to the crypts, it is recommended to contact the Telšiai tourism center.
