This 1.6 km interpretive walking trail crosses the Ąžuolynė forest inside the Šilinės botanical reserve, with nine information stands introducing visitors to the reserve’s rare plants and animals, its medicinal and edible plants, and its range of habitat types - western taiga, steppe meadows, wooded grasslands and open grasslands. It starts either at the Panemunė Regional Park visitor center or a roadside parking area, both offering trail maps.
