Graži vieta, Kauno apskritis
This museum on poet Jonas Aleksandravičius, who wrote under the pen name "Aistis" (and earlier the pseudonym "KOSSU," an acronym of five women's names he loved), opened on July 12, 1997. His poetry collection "Užgesę chimeros akys" won a state prize in 1937. A monument to him stands by the museum; he is buried in Rumšiškės cemetery, and his birthplace can be visited a few kilometers away in Dovainonys village. The museum also runs educational programs for grades 11-12 on Aistis's poetic sources and his poem "Gera vargt čia - Lietuvoj."
