A unique Kneipp therapy trail has been installed in Marijampolė Poetry Park, dedicated to wellness according to the methodology of the German clergyman Sebastian Kneipp. The path is made up of different surfaces - pebbles, pine cones, sand and tree bark, on which it is recommended to walk barefoot and then dip your feet in cold water. Visiting is completely free, best to try in the warm season.
