Built in 1900 beside Nelindo Lake for landowner Gurskis, this manor's surrounding park was laid out between 1900 and 1905 by landscape architect Zaleskis across roughly 500 by 300 meters. It later served as a rest facility for the Pavenčiai sugar factory and today hosts summer youth camps, with a basic swimming beach on the lake nearby, though the manor building itself is not adapted for tourist visits.
