Located in the historic center of Raseiniai next to the town church and former Dominican monastery, this park centers on the Rasupys pond, where a small island holds a rotunda reached by a footbridge and stairs. Around the water are boat docks, children's playgrounds, a skate park, and an outdoor 'botany classroom' area, alongside information boards covering local history and the legend of Raseiniai's Magdė. It functions as one of the town's main gathering spots for both everyday recreation and events.
