Zīdūņs is a 12-hectare forest recreation park in Malnava, on land tied to the historic Malnava Manor estate. Two trails loop through the park in a figure-eight pattern, past nature information stands and small activity elements for children, and the park also has a disc golf course. It is free to enter and maintained year-round by the local municipality with community volunteers.
