Kempingas, Vidzeme
This is a seasonal boat rental and river-tour operator based at the Mežmalas farmstead in Klintaine parish, on the Daugava river. Since 2009 it has run trips on a Viking-style ship named Lāčplēsis between Pļaviņas and Koknese, departing from the Annas Klints camping site, with the roughly one-hour route passing Oliņkalns, the Sēlpils hill fort, Koknese castle ruins and Likteņdārzs. It also rents canoes for river trips. Trips run May through October and a guide narrates the shoreline's history from before the Pļaviņas hydroelectric dam was built.
