The bay of the Kaunas Lagoon in the Kaišiadori district, which is deeply embedded in the land, is appreciated for its good protection from outside winds. Fishermen gather here in spring and summer to catch large bream, roach, whiting and starlings. The bay is characterized by convenient shores for bottom fishing.
