This second Maisiejūnai hillfort stands on its own hill 130 meters southwest of Maisiejūnų I piliakalnis, with an oval platform 37 by 9 meters and moderately steep slopes 5 to 10 meters high. Heavily damaged by plowing, it is now fallow land, dated to the first half of the first millennium AD, and is locally known as "Piliakalniukas" (little hillfort).
