Baltų žolynų muziejus

Graži vieta, Šiaulių apskritis

Opened in 2014 near Naisiai in the Šiauliai district, this open-air garden was laid out in a spindle shape roughly 85 meters long and 40 meters wide with help from botanists at the Šiauliai University Botanical Garden. About 30 plant species and varieties are arranged into three themed sections: sacred plants once used in rituals such as poppy, flax, and cornflower; everyday medicinal and culinary herbs like thyme, yarrow, and wild mint; and ornamental cultural varieties including peonies, dahlias, and lilies bred in Lithuania. It is best visited in spring or summer, when the plantings are in bloom.
