This 19th century water mill and spirits distillery from Užventis manor, whose last owner was Jonas Smilgevičius, a signatory of Lithuania's Act of Independence, has been restored with a reconstructed turbine generating electricity, renovated mill halls, a wellness complex with pool and sauna, a hotel and conference facilities. It now hosts exhibitions and concerts by Lithuanian and international artists.
