Rubikiai (Bijeikiai) Observation Tower is a 15 m tower built in 2011 on a 163 m hill on the shore of Lake Rubikiai. From the top, visitors can see Lake Rubikiai with its 16 islands (the largest covering 16.4 hectares), the neighboring Lake Dusynas, and the nearby Bijeikiai hillfort. Lake Rubikiai is famous specifically for its islands - each one named, with a combined area of over 27 hectares.
